Shooting Stars Foundation was founded by Renee Rouse, a dedicated advocate with a deep passion for supporting children and families affected by autism.
As a professional in the Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) field and a compassionate community leader, Renee saw firsthand how many families struggled to access the services and financial support their children needed. Rather than standing by, she chose to take action — bridging the gap and creating a nonprofit rooted in empathy, respect, and true partnership.
Renee believes every child deserves the chance to learn, grow, and shine, and every parent deserves a champion in their corner. Shooting Stars Foundation is a reflection of that vision — and her commitment to walking beside families with encouragement, understanding, and hope.
